This set of two headbands contains: red & white hearts, red plaid fabric on a red elastic headband. These hairbands are very stretchy and will fit infants, toddlers and young children.
The bow: is approximately 3-4" across (7-10cm). If you want a shorter bow, just pull the tails out. If you want a longer bow, pull the loops and shorten the tails.
The headband: diameter goes up to 15" stretched (38cm). The circumference is approximately 12" (30cm) unstretched.
