1/4" Skinny Black Elastic

Time to destash some supplies!  This black elastic is 1/4" wide, which makes it a great size for sewing, scrunchies, clothing, masks, and many other things.  I'm offering this 1/4" elastic is packages of 10 yards or 20 yards.  If you need a different amount, please contact me.
