This 8"x10" painting was done by me in acrylic paints, using the flip cup pour method. The painting is done in hot pink, light pink, titanium white, gray and silver acrylic paints. With the flip cup, paints are layered in the cup and then flipped onto the canvas and moved around until the desired look is achieved. I call this one "Pink Abyss".
The painting was allowed to cure before being varnished with Krylon Triple Glaze. The six coats of varnish give the painting a beautiful sheen and protect it from light.
The back of this painting is left totally natural - paint drips and all - so that you know you have a truly hand-painted, original piece of art.
Because each person likes to orient the painting in a different way to coordinate with their room/decor, I include two sawtooth hanger that you can attach yourself.
